Is there a fee to attend this event?
The Ceridian Summit is a free online event and you can register by clicking on this link.
When will I receive my confirmation email?
You should expect to receive your confirmation email from Ceridian Summit Team (email@example.com) shortly after successfully submitting the form. If you do not receive it within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.
Once you have received your confirmation email, it is important to add the event to your calendar so you don't miss it.
Will I get a calendar invite?
Yes, your calendar invite will be included in your confirmation email. Be sure to click on "add to calendar" so you don't miss the live event. It will include your unique login link.
How do I share this with a colleague?
We love that you want to invite others to attend the Ceridian Summit. Feel free to extend this event invitation to your colleagues by sharing this registration link. Once registered, they will receive event updates directly.
Will I get certification credits for the Ceridian Summit?
No, unfortunately, our event does not meet the criteria from most associations for educational or professional development credits.
Is there a preferred browser to access the event?
Please use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for your Ceridian Summit experience.
For troubleshooting, it's helpful to start with a fresh browser:
- Right-click on your browser icon at the bottom of your screen and choose to open a new window. Clear your cache (Ctrl+shift+del) and refresh your browser page
- Enable 3rd party cookies (https://go.ceridian.com/summit-experience-third-party-cookie.html)
- Allow pop-ups (open Chrome, top right click more settings, choose Privacy and security, click site settings, click pop-ups and redirects, turn setting to allowed)
When I am on the Ceridian Summit session replay page, I see somebody else's name, what should I do?
First you should logout and try to login using your email address. If you have not yet registered, you will be asked to do so at this time.
After registering or logging in, you will receive an email to confirm your identity, click the link or button to return to the replay page. If you still see someone else's name, you most likely need to clear your cookies. Please go to https://go.ceridian.com/ceridian-summit-experience-delete-cookies.html and follow the instructions for your particular browser.
