He is an expert in the way technology affects motivation and performance as well as how it shapes organizations’ employee experience. 

Hope Cooper

Director of HR Information Systems, Watermark Retirement Communities 

Hope has over 25 years’ experience in the HR, Payroll and HRIS fields.  Most recently, hope began her 12th year with Watermark Retirement Communities, a senior living company, based in Tucson, AZ.  In her current role as Director of HRIS, Hope’s primary focus is on the planning, design, and implementation of HR and payroll systems and features to support Watermark’s management objectives. 

Mike Flint

Regional Director of Finance, Accor Hotels

Mike Flint is the Regional Director of Finance for Accor, Central Canada. This role encompasses financial oversight of six luxury Fairmont Hotels in primary Canadian markets, including the 1,400 room flagship, Fairmont Royal York in Toronto. He has a Business Degree from Carleton University and holds a Certificate of Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell.

Chief Administrative Officer, DeRoyal Industries

Rebecca is Chief Administrative Officer for medical device manufacturer DeRoyal, headquartered in Powell, TN. Rebecca is a member of the executive leadership team and leads strategic direction for the global human resources, quality and regulatory, information technology, marketing and engineering disciplines within the organization. She has 23 years of corporate experience in areas of human capital management, compensation and benefits, organizational change & effectiveness, legal compliance, payroll, training and development.
